If you have any complain about color and size of product then we are responsible for that. But normal charges of return carrier must be payable by customer. We are not responsible for that.
You can replace product only one time. We are not responsible for second time replacement.
Our products are Good product. So if you have damage problem, then we give Repairable Warranty of three months, you should inform us within and before three months. After this we does not consider that.

5. We deliver shoes from reputed brands will be provided in 48 hours. Any issues, related products needs around 24 hours for resolution
6. Applicable only to Surat Customer, We deliver products within range of 10-15 Area. Area out of this Kilometers will be considered as out of City order and will be delivered through Courier and require prior online payment before we dispatch.
7. Pictures are used for representative purposes only. Actual products may vary in color, shape, size etc. At times it may happen that certain displayed items are not available as desired by the customers. In that case customers will be informed in advanced and final decision can be made by end users than after.
8. Orders once get placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
9. Displayed Price is final. No hidden charges, packaging costs and VAT are included.

11. We are not responsible of any damage of the items while it get transit to the buyers due to rain, sunlight, heat and so on. However precautions will be taken while packaging the products.
12. If the confirmed order is get rejected by the consumer after the dispatch of products from manufacture for any reason or the orders is get rejected due to non-deliverance, such orders shall be treated asfulfilled orders.
13. OCTROI charges will be applicable for other states.
14. We are not at all responsible for any damages after the order leave our premises, however proper care will be taken while packaging and dispatching the products from us.
15. During festive seasons, orders might get dispatched late. So, it is requested to co-operate accordingly.
16. Rs. 10 Parking fees will be charged extra for Market area, Ring road, Surat orders.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold related parties harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and liabilities, costs and expenses, including and without limitation legal fees and expenses, any violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by you.
Adibon.com will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts Adibon.com reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to
1. bad weather
2. flight delays
3. political disruptions
4. other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back in the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.
"The Buyer agrees that the title to the goods is transferred to the buyer at the time of placing the Order and dispatch confirmation thereof irrespective of Shipping of Goods and COD which are to be done in due course being a separate chargeable facilities"
Returns and Exchange conditions:
Adibon.com will accept Return or Exchange only if the following conditions are met.
1. Return/Exchange should be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
2. The tags on the product should be intact.
3. The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
4. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
Limitation on refund amount for courier charges
If the customer wants to instant return or return within 7 days from delivery date, and Adibon.com does not offer reverse pickup of the items, the customer can send us the shipment himself/herself. Also, we request the customer to send the scanned copy of the courier slip to Adibon.com will refund the amount.
In case of exchange request placed by the customer, the exchange will be done on special price of the item(s) not on MRP.
